This is not a "All You Can Eat Diet" or a "Eat Anything You Want Diet".

You have to put out a "little effort" (which consists only of following our plan). It is not hard to do. In fact, your entire family (children included) can go on the dietary plan safely by simply following the directions.

The strategy consists of carefully planned protein and carbohydrate synchronization. If followed correctly, this plan will benefit all family members.

What to do and how to do it is easy enough to understand. How to actually implement it, on a daily or weekly basis, is more difficult.

We will show you "what to eat" and "when to eat it" in a way that everyone in the family (at least you and your spouse) will enjoy.

There may be a few "losses" to the dietary habits you have grown used to but you will leave those cravings (and pounds) behind shortly.
This Plan includes exercises that you can use to supplement your weight loss and tone your body.
You will lose pounds quicker with some type of exercise (in addition to dietary changes). While exercise is not necessary to accomplish the weight loss, once you start losing weight, you may want to "tone" some areas. We can offer you a generic work out plan or build a custom one that you can stick with.
